Compensation
- $50,000 per year base salary
- Commission opportunities based on performance and sales
- No health insurance benefits at this time
- Must be able to rotate day, night, and weekend shifts
- Flexible availability is required
- On-site, hands-on management role
- Oversee day-to-day car wash operations
- Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain productivity and accountability
- Ensure equipment is operating properly and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Monitor chemical usage, inventory, and site cleanliness
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Track sales, memberships, and operational performance
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee development
- Utilize ICS (Integrated Control Systems) software for operations, reporting, and system management
- Prior car wash industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with ICS software or similar car wash management systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and best practices
- Mechanically inclined or operationally minded is a plus
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance history
- Professional, positive attitude with a team-first mindset
