What you’ll do

• Collaborate with sales managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including social media, fraternities, job boards, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate records.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate contract discussions while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through proactive outreach and engagement.
• Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Basic qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in technical recruiting or executive recruiting within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience in sourcing, employee evaluation, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of employment and labor law to ensure compliance during the recruitment process.
• Proficiency in social media management for talent acquisition purposes.
• Background in sales or lead generation is a plus.
