Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• No Nights | No Weekends
• Full-Time (Evening Shift - 10 AM - 6 PM)
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise children and ensure safety in compliance with Illinois DCFS regulations
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and lessons
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment
• Complete required 15 annual training hours
• Follow all center policies and procedures
  
  
  

Qualifications (DCFS Requirements)

Candidates must meet one of the following:

• 60 semester hours (90 quarter hours) of college credit, including 6 semester hours in child development OR
• 1 year (1,560 hours) of childcare experience 30 semester hours of college credit (including child development coursework) OR
• Completion of a DCFS-approved credential program
  
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and active movement
