Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday morning shifts and overtime may be required based on workload, seasonal demand, and business needs.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Operations Assistant, you'll play a critical role in preparing our installation teams for success each day by ensuring vehicles, materials, equipment, and the warehouse are organized and ready to go.
Responsibilities include:
- Unload installation vans each morning and properly separate trash and recyclable scrap metal
- Sweep and clean company vehicles daily
- Restock installation vans with materials used the previous day
- Load equipment and staged materials for scheduled installations
- Fuel company vehicles as needed before crews leave each morning
- Process and separate scrap materials according to company procedures
- Assist with loading scrap metal for recycling pickups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Stage equipment and stock warehouse inventory
- Wash company vehicles as workload permits
- Deliver parts and materials to job sites when needed
- Assist installation crews on job sites as needed
- Deliver, install, and retrieve temporary heating and cooling equipment
- Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned

- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team
- Warehouse, construction, HVAC, delivery, or related experience is helpful but not required
