This opportunity is ideal for someone with approximately six months to one year of residential electrical experience who is eager to continue learning from experienced electricians while building a long-term career in the skilled trades. You'll work alongside experienced team members, gain valuable field experience, and continue developing your troubleshooting, installation, and customer service skills.

What You'll Do

Working alongside experienced electricians, you'll continue building your skills while assisting with a variety of residential electrical projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with residential electrical installations, repairs, and service work

• Help troubleshoot electrical issues under the guidance of experienced electricians

• Install outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and other electrical components

• Learn residential wiring methods, electrical codes, and safety procedures

• Assist with panel upgrades and electrical system improvements

• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

• Complete job documentation accurately

• Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices

Ideal candidates will have:

• Approximately 6 months to 1 year of residential electrical experience

• A strong desire to continue learning and developing their electrical skills

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use basic hand and power tools

• A positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching

• Good communication and customer service skills

• A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

• The ability to work safely in a variety of residential environments
