This role focuses primarily on residential electrical service and installation, with occasional light commercial work. You will work closely with our Electrical Manager while helping deliver reliable, high-quality service to homeowners across the region.

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will perform residential electrical service, installation, and troubleshooting while ensuring all work meets code requirements and company quality standards. You will also take the lead on assigned service calls and projects, supporting the Electrical Manager while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every job.
Daily responsibilities include diagnosing electrical issues, installing and upgrading residential electrical systems, interpreting blueprints and diagrams when needed, documenting work completed, and communicating clearly with homeowners and team members. Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safe work practices are essential parts of the job.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is an experienced electrician who works independently, communicates well with customers, and takes pride in producing clean, professional work.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead Electrician
• Active Maryland Journeyman Electrician License required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and plans
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
