Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services is a family-owned and operated company that has been in business for nearly 30 years. We provide outstanding quality and service to our communities in central Maryland, Gettysburg, PA, and southern Pennsylvania.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Receptionist / CSR to join our team!
The candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and be self-motivated. Must be flexible, able to multitask, and have the capacity to work calmly in a fast-paced environment. We offer excellent benefits and competitive wages!
Primary Job Function: Answer phones and help clients as efficiently as possible. Schedule service, maintenance, and estimates for both HVAC clients and electrical clients as needed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain a customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers apprised as to the company schedule and requested lead times. Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information.
Work Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, some Saturdays as needed, and occasional overtime as required
Pay Scale: $20-23 per hour, depending on experience SPIFFs

Required Qualifications:
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Geographical knowledge of the service area or map-reading skills
- Knowledge of the industry is recommended but not required
- Intermediate computer skills (proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Three years of related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of the HVAC industry
- 2 years of HVAC Dispatcher experience
- 3 years of Dispatching experience
- Advanced-level knowledge of software technologies, such as iOS, Android, and Windows OS
