  • Current Kansas Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license, or eligibility for Kansas licensure.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of progressive leadership experience as a Nursing Home Administrator, Executive Director, or senior leader within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

  • Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and improving operational and clinical performance.

  • Experience working with residents with behavioral health conditions, psychiatric disorders, dementia, and complex medical needs is strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of the state survey process, CMS regulations, regulatory compliance, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, and Quality Measures.
