What are the responsibilities and job description for the CHARGE NURSE RN/LPN - 10PM-6AM NIGHT SHIFT position at Leonardville Nursing Home?
We currently have an opportunity available for a full-time RN or LPN position for our Monday-Friday 10pm to 6am shift. There is a $4/hr shift differential added to hourly rate.
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to serving our elders with the highest level of care possible. To provide quality consistent care, we value and rely on dependable staff. We participate and model our person-centered care through the Promoting Excellent Alternatives in Kansas Nursing Homes (PEAK) program. We are proud to be a PEAK Mentor Homes in Kansas.
We have established three small areas of living, known as neighborhoods, with groups of 12 to 25 elders. Each neighborhood has their own kitchen, living room area, and spa to provide a home-like environment, not only for the elders but staff as well. Individually staffed neighborhoods provide employees to work with the same small group of peers and elders every day.

Requirements:
- Current valid licensure in the state of KS
- Long term care experience in a person-centered home (preferred)
- Positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skill
- Must present a professional demeanor
