Field Equipment Operator
HBI is looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our underground utility construction team.
What You'll Do:
- Operate backhoes, excavators, trenchers, plows, and bore rigs
- Perform excavation, trenching, and utility installation
- Read project plans and work closely with the crew
- Inspect and maintain equipment
- Travel to jobsites as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of equipment operating or utility construction experience
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and work safely around utilities
- Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
