Middle School STEM/Technology Engineering Teacher
Reports to Building Principal
We are seeking a dynamic, student-centered Middle School Math Teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate is passionate about STEM instruction, committed to building strong relationships with students, and dedicated to creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and social-emotional growth of all learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing classroom instruction to students, grades 6-8, aligned to the MA state standards of Technology and Engineering
Collaborate with STEM and Science Department to provide an engaging and meaningful exploratory experience for students to apply the principles of science and technology engineering
Foster critical thinking and analytical skills through interactive and inquiry-based learning activities
Communicate with parents/guardians to support student learning experience
Support school wide practices and protocols to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
Participate in PLTW training modules to expand student access to high-quality applied learning STEM experiences
