POSITION INFORMATION
Position Summary: We are seeking to hire a person who has the ability to work well with others and to help create the sound and video quality necessary to produce a Sunday Morning, 9:30AM weekly worship experience in our Community Space.
Tasks to be Performed: The worship audio/video technician will be responsible for:
Setting up the sound and video equipment necessary for worship to happen each week at 9:30AM in the Community Room.
· Includes understanding microphone basics (dynamic vs. condenser, polar patterns, setting up a stereo pair)
· Setting up different mic-ing layouts for varying performers, vocalist and band members and speakers
· Mixing up to 24 channels of audio for mains, up to 3 monitor channels, and a feed for video live stream.
· Basic troubleshooting
· Live Video includes mixing 3 video channels- two cameras and one computer feed- via OBS for broadcast onto Facebook Live.
· Ability to work well with Lead Worship Audio/Video Technician
· Encourage volunteers to work along side the role to help you set up and tear down for the 9:30AM worship service in the Community Room.
Requirements:
· Basic knowledge of video/livestream production.
· Experience using digital soundboard is preferred
· Self motivated to accomplish necessary tasks
· Works well with others and can recruit and empower others to assist in the work.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Compensation: $18-24 per hour
Benefits: Earned Sick Time Policy, One hour of sick leave available for every 30 hours worked.
