I need someone to organize statements, receipts, invoices. Then put it all on a spreadsheet with totals. Clean and organize offices. Make calls and answer phones.

Job Overview

Our investment office is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Document Specialist to help organize and digitize financial records. This is a short-term position with the potential to grow into a permanent role.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and sort a variety of financial statements and documents
  • Scan and upload documents into digital systems
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets tracking statements and balances
  • Ensure accuracy and proper organization of all records
  • Follow instructions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
  • Ability to follow direction and work independently
  • Professional attitude and appearance

Work Environment

  • Office setting
  • Professional attire required

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
