What You’ll Do
- Create a Great First Impression: Welcome patients and build trust through professional, friendly communication
- Coordinate Patient Care: Schedule appointments, answer questions, and guide patients through their visit
- Manage the Details: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Navigate Insurance: Verify eligibility and help patients understand their benefits

- Support the Experience: Assist with eyewear dispensing, adjustments, and contact lens orders
- Maintain an Inviting Space: Keep the front desk clean, organized, and efficient
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (required)
- Experience in eye care, healthcare, or insurance (preferred, not required)
