Now Hiring FullTime or PartTime:
Marketing, Social Media, Website and Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Holmes Property Management LLC. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, managing and executing marketing strategies from Social Media to Website to On-Site Events to Surveys/Reviews for Reputation Management. FullTime would also include Leasing Assistant responsibilities handling Leads, Showings and Leases. This position is based in both our Morristown and Knoxville TN offices with 2-3 days per week in each location.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Marketing Campaigns across various channels.
- Manage Social Media accounts to engage with current and prospective tenants.
- Create and optimize content for the company Website using SEO best practices.
- Manage Digital Ads, Facebook, Instagram posts and advertising
- Create and manage Events such as UTK Housing Fairs, Open Houses, HOA events
- Coordinate email marketing efforts to promote available properties and services.
- Follow up on internal Surveys and external Reviews to manage Reputation.
- Process Guest Card leads, showings, applications to convert prospects to tenants
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in property management and leasing preferred
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media and email campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and performance marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Appfolio property management software is helpful
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with university students.
- Smart phone for apps
