Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Appointment Setter and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role combines lead generation through appointment setting with the development and execution of engaging social media strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a creative flair for content creation, and a solid understanding of digital marketing tools. Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified real estate leads by reaching out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up with potential clients to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance brand presence.
  • Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
  • Conduct social listening to gauge brand sentiment and identify trending topics relevant to the real estate market.
  • Perform keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
  • Analyze web traffic and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to refine marketing strategies.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster relationships through effective relationship management techniques.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, content creation, and public relations efforts.
  • Assist in managing online advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to increase visibility.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles within real estate or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies, Google Analytics, keyword research, and web analytics tools.
  • Experience in content creation including photography and video editing for marketing purposes.
  • Ability to develop engaging content tailored for various audiences across multiple channels.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in messaging consistency.
  • Prior experience in public relations or branding initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike. This role is ideal for a creative self-starter passionate about digital marketing in the real estate industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering measurable results through innovative social media strategies and effective appointment setting techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
