Job Description: Part-Time Service Dispatcher

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customer service requests and preventative maintenance with the assignment of appropriate field service personnel

• Dispatch the technicians as service calls are received or completed, and maintain the weekly dispatch board

• Monitor and respond to client requests via a group email account

• Monitor parts status and follow up with technicians to ensure timely completion of all work

• Maintain positive relationships with customers and technicians

• Generate purchase orders, quotes, and coordinate with vendors as needed to support work

• Ability to monitor the 24/7 service line as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service environment

• Ability to handle multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented, ability to multitask, and possesses great organizational skills

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

• A driven self-starter with a strong work ethic that can take the lead on initiatives and follow through on commitments

Work Schedule and Hours:

This is a non-exempt hourly part-time position working up to 24 hrs per week. Work will be performed at the Holmberg Main Office located in Bellevue, WA. Office hours are 7:00am – 4:00pm. The successful applicant will work with their supervisor to set their work schedule.
