Holmberg Mechanical is seeking a confident, passionate, and highly motivated Project Engineer/Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a positive, professional attitude to their work.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project execution in the field. Working under the direction of a Project Manager, you will help implement critical construction initiatives, ensure organization and consistency across the project team, and take ownership of issues through resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager and collaborate with the project team
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules
- Maintain organized document control systems
- Lead coordination efforts, including submittals and RFIs
- Review subcontracts and assist in managing subcontractors
- Procure materials and equipment
- Support cost tracking and change order development
- Assist with project billing processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
- Ability to work flexible hours as the project requires
- Reliable transportation
Skills & Requirements
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of project management principles
- Working knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu and Procore is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
