Land Rover Denver is looking for a Vehicle Purchasing Specialist to join the team and the Holman Family!

What You'll Do:

As a Vehicle Purchasing Specialist, You’ll play a key role in acquiring customer vehicles, working with store leadership to connect with guests who request appraisals through KBB or our dealership websites.

• Cultivate vehicle purchases directly from guests who’ve submitted online appraisals
• Manage inbound leads using the KBB Dashboard and DealerSocket CRM
• Quickly connect with prospects to schedule in-store reviews and establish purchase opportunities
• Partner with store managers to assess vehicle values, highlight key merchandise, and identify upside potential
• Maintain consistent follow-up using assigned cadence protocols, with the goal of securing two-way communication and a formal appraisal appointment
• Log all interactions, appointments, and decisions within DealerSocket
• Support each guest through the process with transparency and professionalism, while working to maximize acquisition opportunities
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
