What You’ll Do
- Engage with guests from the moment they arrive through the moment they pick up their vehicle, ensuring a seamless, high‑touch experience
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers—both in person and by phone
- Guide guests through their service visit, ensuring clarity, comfort, and confidence
- Coordinate transportation needs (loaners, rideshare, shuttle)
- Maintain a clean, inviting service lounge that reflects the Land Rover brand
- Provide timely updates on vehicle status and ensure guests feel informed
- Support service advisors and technicians with communication and workflow
- Resolve concerns with empathy and urgency, always protecting the guest relationship
- Conduct thoughtful post‑repair follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and reinforce trust
