Hollyhand Companies is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and trustworthy candidate to fill the position of Apartment Maintenance Technician for properties in the Birmingham, AL area.
Duties will include:
* Promptly handle work order needs of residents
* Complete repairs in a consistent and correct manner
* Apartment Maintenance Technician must provide excellent customer service
* Purchase supplies and maintain appropriate inventory
* Work well with other team members
* Be well organized to coordinate inspections, preventative maintenance, and work by contractors
* Complete make-ready of units proficiently
The ideal apartment maintenance technician, who will be eligible for our company benefits package, should have at least two years of experience in apartment maintenance (or similar skills). As an apartment maintenance technician candidate, you should have skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, and/or other tasks related to maintaining the communities in excellent condition. This position will offer competitive pay and benefits package.
