Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Climber, Foreman, Groundsman, to join our team. This role involves performing various tree care and landscape maintenance tasks to ensure the health, safety, and aesthetic appeal of outdoor environments. Ideal candidates will have a passion for Arboriculture, growing experience, and a strong work ethic. This position offers opportunities for skill development in tree trimming, rigging, and operating specialized equipment such as chain saws, bucket trucks and pesticide application equipment. All positions are paid, including internships, and emphasize safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety
- Operate bucket trucks and other equipment safely for elevated work
- Use rigging techniques to safely lower large branches or trees during removal or pruning
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including, planting, and general landscaping
- Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment and adhering to safety protocols
- Support team efforts in land clearing, stump grinding, and other related activities
- Contribute to the overall aesthetic and health of outdoor spaces through arboricultural practices
- Prior experience or growing knowledge in tree care, arboriculture, or landscape maintenance preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with rigging techniques and bucket operation is a plus
- Ability to operate bucket trucks and other landscaping machinery safely
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and precision
- Valid driver’s license preferred for equipment operation
- Willingness to learn new skills related to arboriculture and landscaping techniques
Pay: $20.00 - $34.00 per hour
