What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hunt Center Recreation Attendant position at Holly Springs?
Responsibilities include:
· Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of public areas, restrooms, and offices. Perform regular trash removal and maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces.
· Conduct routine checks and assist with minor repairs on facility equipment. Report major issues to the maintenance team or supervisor.
· Prepare rooms and spaces for scheduled events and activities. Set up furniture, audiovisual equipment, and other necessary items according to event specifications. Break down and clean up after events.
· Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, including proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment. Report any hazards or safety concerns to the supervisor.
· Provide excellent service to patrons by addressing inquiries, registering customers for programs, making reservations and assisting with any facility-related issues.
· Other program support duties as assigned.
Experience:
Applicants must be 18 years or older. Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred but not required.
Additional Requirements:
· Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid NC driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification.
· Requires drug test and background check prior to employment which may include criminal check, education verification, and credit check.
Salary : $12 - $14
