Love the outdoors, animals, and creating memorable experiences for visitors? Bass Lake Park is looking for energetic and responsible Site Supervisors to lead our team and help make every day at the Park unforgettable!
What You’ll Do:
As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of park operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and visitors have an amazing experience. Your days may include:
- Leading & Supporting the Team: Supervise Park Assistants, give clear instructions, and help the team deliver great service
- Guest Experience: Assist visitors with concessions, conference room rentals, special events, and boat rentals seasonally
- Animal & Park Care: Help care for our ambassador animals, maintain trails, facilities, and grounds
- Operations & Safety: Open/close facilities, handle cash and reservations, and support rentals
Who We’re Looking For:
We want enthusiastic people who enjoy working outdoors and can handle a variety of responsibilities:
- At least 18 years old
- Confident, reliable, and able to lead others
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with cash handling, reservations, or scheduling software is a plus
- Comfortable working in and around water
What We Offer:
- Pay: $13/hour
- Hours: Up to 25 hours per week (schedule may vary depending on Park needs)
- Hands-on experience with outdoor recreation and park operations
- Training and mentorship from experienced park staff
