Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships; follow up with clients as needed.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Meet with clients to manage risk and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Make sales calls to active leads and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Sell insurance and other financial products while implementing innovative marketing strategies.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications

Pay range and compensation package
Competitive salary starting at $36,000 with no maximum earning potential. $1,000 sign-on bonus. Paid time off, including vacation and personal/sick days. Huge growth potential and opportunities for advancement, including the possibility of running your own insurance agency in 2-3 years.
