Join our team to provide excellent customer service while supporting insurance sales and office operations. This role combines client relationship management, policy support, bilingual communication, and administrative organization to improve efficiency and sales performance.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy updates, basic coverage questions, and follow-ups.
• Organize and maintain accurate customer and policy records.
• Identify and correct duplicate, outdated, or incomplete information.
• Manage sales pipelines, leads, quotes, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Refer clients for additional products and services and support sales opportunities.
• Assist insurance agents with administrative tasks, reports, and customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality and improve office procedures.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, both written and verbal, required.
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred (1 year).
• Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and commitment to excellent customer service.
