Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their boating needs and preferences
- Demonstrate various boat models, highlighting features and benefits to inspire confidence and excitement
- Provide detailed product information, including specifications, pricing, and financing options
- Assist customers throughout the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a smooth experience
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale and facilitate delivery or pickup arrangements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably within the marine or recreational vehicle industry
