What are the responsibilities and job description for the Boat Coordinator position at Sail Solomons?
Seasonal position starting ASAP.
The Boat Coordinator role includes conducting sailboat checks, coordinating the cleaning company, helping customers get on board, and coordinating a boat engine intern and a dockhand. The Boat Coordinator must be friendly, know what a clean boat should look like (inside and out), and be able to test all the systems. The Boat Coordinator should be able to do some basic systems and engine repairs (major repairs will be conducted by Reliable Marine). The days are Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. The hours are "when needed" based on the boat charter and rental schedule.
Pay: $20.87 - $30.00 per hour
