Role: Training Development and Delivery Practitioner
Location: Hybrid in St. Paul, MN
Rate: $60/hour W2
Requirements:
- B.S. or B.A. degree (4 year) (or Associates degree plus an additional 5 years’ experience)
- 5 years experience in training/curriculum development and delivery for instructor-led training
- Knowledge of/Experience with Mental Health/Rule 20 population
- Knowledge of/Experience with Criminal Justice system clientele
- Intermediate-level skills MS Office Suite
Preferred:
- Experience as a training development and delivery resource in state, county, or city governments or non-profit sector
- Professional training certification; certification in adult learning techniques
