Position Overview:
As a Recruiter at Hollstadt Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, vetting, and presenting qualified candidates for senior-level IT roles, such as software engineers, developers, architects, and other specialized roles. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional recruitment, involving strategic consultations with clients, staying abreast of industry trends, and building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and create a shortlist of highly qualified candidates for various technical roles, employing various interview formats.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate database to ensure a steady pipeline of exceptional applicants.
- Attend tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals and stay informed about technological trends.
- Consult with clients on hiring strategies, technical job requirements, and tailoring recruitment efforts to their specific needs.
- Build and enhance our client portfolio, providing expert consultation to encourage repeat business.
- Maintaining compliance with legal requirements and industry protocol.
- Must also effectively promote Hollstadt to candidates by identifying the needs of potential consultants, and then presenting ways in which Hollstadt can offer them solutions to those needs.
- Meet and exceed the weekly key performance metrics in an attempt to find, evaluate, represent, and place the best candidates to meet client needs
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven success in recruiting for the technology sector, with at least two years of experience in IT or technical recruiting for an agency.
- Technical expertise and the ability to understand and articulate job requirements for IT roles.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter to source quality candidates. Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms with advanced Boolean and other techniques to find top IT talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tenacity, resourcefulness, and a strong ability to build a solid network.
- Experience in sales, business development, or client development is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable; self-starter, able to work within ambiguity at times.
- High level of urgency.
- Proven track record of being able to execute at a detailed level.
