Role: ERP Program Manager
Location: Eden Prairie or Mankato - Hybrid
Contract: 6 months
Rate: $75.78/hour W2
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP program management and a deep understanding of the print and packaging industry, including workflows such as prepress, production scheduling, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
Experience:
- 7 years of ERP implementation and program management experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or print-specific ERP/MIS systems like EFI Monarch or Pace).
- Experience in the print industry or related manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with print production workflows, scheduling, and digital asset management systems.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience integrating ERP with print MIS systems and production planning tools.
- Understanding of workflows from estimating to invoicing.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-site ERP rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership:
- Drive end-to-end ERP implementation, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, Production, Sales) to ensure ERP solutions meet organizational needs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and ERP vendors.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure ERP system integrates seamlessly with print-specific tools (e.g., MIS systems, prepress workflow and shopfloor systems).
Risk & Compliance:
- Manage project risks, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and data security requirements.
Training & Support:
- Develop training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
