Human Resources Coordinator

Position Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HR department by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and employee engagement activities. This role partners with leaders to attract and retain talent while ensuring positive employee experience and compliance with company policies.

Essential Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate scheduling, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist employees and managers with HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.
• Support new hire orientation and employee training initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate employee events, recognition programs, wellness activities, internship events, and company celebrations.
• Assist with HR reports, compliance activities, and special projects.
• Support employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of Human Resources or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Paycor experience preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
