Hollie Ray, a women's clothing boutique located at Fifth Broad in Nashville, TN is looking for a key holder to join our team! Our ideal candidate is motivated, enjoys engaging with customers, and enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at Hollie Ray to increase loyalty and retention and to increase sales. You are also expected to complete daily tasks to maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards as well as open and close the store each day.
Responsibilities:
- Assists customers with their purchases throughout their visit from welcoming them in, creating fitting rooms, assisting with styling, and completing their purchase at the checkout counter.
- Provides the best customer service that fosters an amazing customer experience each and every time.
- Uses product knowledge to assist customers on the sales floor to give the customer confidence in their purchase.
- Strong desire to learn about the brands we carry and seek out information about new products or brands.
- Knowledgeable about the fit and care of the products in order to assist customers with their product questions.
- Completes daily tasks to maintain a clean and organized sales floor and workspace.
- Assists with shipment processing including unpacking and hanging up new merchandise, steaming, and ensuring items are tagged with the correct barcode tag.
- Reliable time-management including arriving at work in a timely manner to open the store on time and willingness to complete all closing tasks at the end of the day.
- Entrusted to complete cash accountability duties including counting the safe, dropping daily deposits, and opening and closing the register tills with honesty and integrity.
This position is an hourly position and may be part-time or full-time depending on the availability of the candidate(s). Our current store hours are 10:00am-9:00pm Monday-Saturday and Sundays 11:00pm-7:00pm. Please describe your availability in the questions below!
