As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at Hollie Ray to increase loyalty and retention and to increase sales. You are also expected to complete daily tasks to maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards as well as open and close the store each day.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Sales Floor Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, going above and beyond to make every customer’s experience special.
- Support the growth of our team by helping train, coach, and motivate employees to shine in their roles.
- Help drive sales goals by sharing product knowledge, recommending styles, and engaging customers with confidence.
- Keep the store looking its best — clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised.
- Ensure every customer is welcomed, assisted, and leaves feeling inspired.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of retail experience (leadership experience is a plus!).
- Strong people skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A flexible schedule — including weekends and holidays as needed.
