Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to ensure Packers and Processors can remain at their assigned stations.
- Ensure all shipping supplies are adequately stocked.
- Coordinate the distribution of orders to packers at their stations to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Facilitate padded mailer orders and small box order delivery to processing stations.
- Deliver packed Export orders to the designated Export processing station.
- Deliver Customer Pick Up orders to the pick-up shelf.
- Deliver additional orders to exhaust and expansion processing areas as needed.
- Load complete processed pallets to appropriate carrier trailer.
- Adhere to Shipping Team 6S protocols.
- Adhere to a safety first and clean as you go expectation in all work areas.
- Basic computer experience using windows-based applications is required to use the RF scanner.
- Perform other distribution work functions assigned by management as needed.
Required Experience :
- Basic computer experience using windows-based applications
Basic Qualifications
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted when needed and work actively on your feet at least 8 hours per day.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
Hourly Pay starts out at $16.39 per hour with hourly pay progression.
