General Assembly Team Member
Location: New Braunfels, TX
Company: Simpson Race Products, a division of Holley Performance Brands
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM (with overtime as needed!)
Pay Range: $16.97–$20.63 per hour

Simpson Race Products, a division of Holley Performance Brands, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated General Assembly Team Member to join our manufacturing team in New Braunfels, TX. If you take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and producing high-quality products in a hands-on environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and repair automotive racing and motorcycle helmets
- Inspect helmet components prior to assembly to ensure quality standards are met
- Integrate helmets with air and electronic systems
- Participate in product and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other assembly-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and documents
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work extended hours and occasional Saturdays as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
- Experience working with hand tools
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes
Education
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Frequent standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday
