We are hiring a Sales BDC Representative, As a Sales BDC Representative you will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to internet leads, and set appointments that bring customers into our showroom. No cold calling you will work with warm leads from customers who are already interested in buying or trading in a vehicle. This is an excellent entry point into automotive sales, with a clear path to team leader, supervisor, and management roles.
You will be the customers first point of contact delivering a professional, friendly, and informative experience that reflects our Buy Smart Be Happy sales philosophy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Respond quickly to inbound sales phone calls, internet leads, texts, and emails
- Engage customers using a consultative, customer-first approach
- Identify customer needs and document interactions in the CRM
- Set, confirm, and follow up on sales showroom appointments
- Assist customers with digital tools (credit applications, trade-in evaluations, etc.)
- Conduct outbound sales follow-up and prospecting activities including phone calls, texts, and emails to engage customers, re-engage inactive leads, confirm appointments, and ensure no opportunity goes unworked
- Complete warm transfers and escalate concerns when needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Ability to meet drug free workplace requirements and pass a background and MVR check
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- Prior sales/customer service experience a plus
- Ability to learn and operate within various computer programs
- Bi Lingual is a plus(English/Spanish)

Schedule:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Full time
Pay:
- $17/hr. base rate plus performance based bonuses
- Pay plan will be discussed during the interview process
- Performance-based bonus tied to sales showroom appointments
- Consistent lead flow and clear performance benchmarks
- Annual compensation range with hourly rate and bonus: $35,000-$70,000(hourly plus bonuses)
