Responsibilities
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide information about services and schedule appointments
- Manage and nurture the service pipeline by following up with prospects and existing customers to maximize upselling opportunities
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and monitor sales progress
Assist in inventory management by coordinating with dealership teams to ensure availability of parts for client needs
- Support outbound sales efforts through cold calling and outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously
- Collaborate with service management and other departments to develop strategies for B2B (business-to-business) sales growth and client retention
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or customer service roles; dealership experience is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products or services effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus to serve diverse client bases
- Familiarity with CRM software, service syatems, and marketing tools
