Job Title: STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS & PRICING MANAGERLocation(s): San Marcos - At this time, we are only considering local candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.Scheduled Days & Hours: MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-5PM/FINISH, occasional weekendsWages: $110,000-130,0000Estimated Hours Per Week: 40 hrsIdeal Candidate Criteria: The ideal candidate is a commercially driven professional with experience managing key customer relationships, pricing, contracts, and margin performance to drive profitable growth. They are skilled at executing sales and channel strategies, collaborating cross-functionally, and providing accurate forecasting and customer insights. This individual is organized, analytical, and effective at building strategic partnerships while ensuring alignment with company objectives.Job Duties:Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned key and strategic customers.Manage and maintain customer requirements to ensure approved supplier status.Own pricing, margin management, COLA schedules, and price increase execution.Lead contract and bid management, including preparation, negotiation, execution, and renewal.Execute assigned channel strategies and annual sales plans.Identify, develop, and strengthen current and future strategic customer relationships.Support and help develop sales representatives through coaching and direction.Provide volume forecasting and demand planning input and support S&OP processes.Manage customer profitability and performance in partnership with Finance.Coordinate new product launches and growth initiatives within assigned channels.Execute pricing programs, promotions, and market initiatives as applicable.Monitor market trends and competitive activity and provide insights to leadership.Escalate and resolve customer service and performance issues cross-functionally. Prepare reports and maintain customer documentation. May assist in directing and developing sales personnel in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.Prompt and regular attendance is required Other duties as assigned Skills Needed:Valid Class C Driver’s License Sales, pricing, or industry-related training preferred Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear and sit.
