GENERAL MANAGER
Delta Hotels is seeking a General Manager to join our team. The General Manager is responsible for maximizing hotel value by achieving revenue growth, expense control, outstanding product quality, guest service and employee satisfaction through overall leadership, guidance and direction of the hotel management team within the framework of company policies and procedures and brand standards.

- Variable schedule; Must be available weekends and holidays; On-call 24/7 for emergency situations and after-hours needs.
- $96,900 to $137,598 /DOE

Knowledge of:
- Hotel operations and departmental interdependencies.
- Hotel accounting principles.
- Basic math, budgeting, and profit/loss concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Establish and maintain effective professional, courteous, and constructive relationships with guests and coworkers.
- Interpret business and statistical reports.
- Prioritize and complete tasks in accordance with the Company’s goals and objectives.
- Maintain high standards despite various deadlines and pressures.
- Proficient with various software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a strong team and a culture of care and accountability.
- Work a varied schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- On-Call 24 hours for emergency situations and after hour staff questions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a General Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a full-service hotel environment required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ General Manager experience in a full-service hotel environment with a strong background in multiple hospitality disciplines including Operations, Food & Beverage, and Sales and Revenue Management preferred.
- Hotel’s brand experience preferred.
- Franchise required GM Certification (must pass within 90 days of hire).
