Role Description
The Regional Sales Account Manager will manage and grow customer accounts while ensuring excellent satisfaction through consistent and thoughtful service. Core responsibilities include identifying and pursuing leads, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key accounts. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Port Washington, WI, and requires collaboration with internal teams to strategize and execute on sales goals while maintaining a commitment to customer-focused success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management to foster positive and long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Lead Generation to deliver proactive solutions and expand the customer base
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a sales or account management role is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Regular travel is required
