FUNCTIONS:
1. The Noon Hour Supervisor’s duties and responsibilities are to assist the building principal with the conduct of the breakfast and lunch time feeding of students including (but not limited to) the following:
- Ensuring the students are taking compliant breakfast and lunch options at the POS and encourage students to make healthy choices.
- Help the principal collect lunch money from students for milk only sales.
- Supervise students in the lunch room and on the playground.
- Assist students with the opening of milk and other food packaging as needed.
- Wash and sanitize tables per Health Department guidelines.
2. Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
3. Conducts himself/herself in a professional manner commensurate with his/her position, and projects a good public image of the School District in dealing with the community and employee groups.
4. Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, squat and lift up to 50 pounds in assisting students, if needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to relate to people
- Personable
- Experience in working with children and adults is desirable but not necessary
- Must be able to pass a qualifying physical examination
