What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech - 2nd/ 3rd Shift - 28+/hr. position at Holland Sharpe?
Location: 0 La Vergne, La Vergne, TN 37086
Pay: $28-30 per hour (DOE)
Shift: 2nd and 3rd
- Multi-craft maintenance
- Industrial equipment troubleshooting is a huge plus
- Conveyors, automation equipment,
- Comfortable working around PLCs (AB), Automation equipment, VFDs, and Fanuc Robots
- 25% of work is done outside from heights due to outside conveyors and hoppers.
- Mechanical repair of gearboxes, motors, and belt drives
- Working with newer production team and keeping machines up. Run time is longer so ability to perform working PMs to keep up with production quota
- Environment is very similar to an industrial barn setting.
- Well ventilated and fairly clean environment. Mostly dusty due to dry food production.
- No oil or liquids on the ground. They are FDA regulated so they do have cleanliness standards to meet.
- Some work is performed outside at heights on conveyors, motors, and hoppers feeding into the mill.
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
