What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper/Commercial Properties position at Holland Roofing?
Our company owns several commercial properties, including apartment buildings, commercial business, rental properties. This position is responsible for the cleaning and light maintenance of several properties located in different locations. We are looking for an experienced housekeeper who takes pride in the job well done, is dependable, reliable and possesses great work ethics.
Part Time 15-20 hours a week, with weekend availability
The typical daily duties to be performed include but are not limited to:
- Deep cleaning most surfaces (countertop, sink, top, toilet floor)
- Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, corridors, stairway
- Strip beds and made beds, does the laundry of beddings and towels
- Empty and cleans refrigerators in apartments
- Uses cleaning products and clean residential homes and offices
- Sweep, mop, clean and dust cobwebs, including all hanging light fixtures, baseboards and windows
- Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas
- Replenish supplies, toilet paper, soap, trash lines, bathroom curtains, etc.
- Keep inventory and purchases supplies as needed
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers.
- Dust and polish furniture and equipment
- Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean and tidy
- Wash windows, walls, ceilings and woodwork, waxing and polish as necessary
- Drive from location to location during the day
Physical demands: Requires standing for long periods, frequent walking, bending and twisting, reaching, handling, gripping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, squatting.
Requirements:
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must Have experience in similar jobs
