What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for professionals with experience in any of the following areas: HVAC, basic plumbing, electrical work, interior and exterior carpentry, appliance repair, apartment turnovers, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, glazing, roofing, blacktop and concrete repairs, signage, and more.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of two years experience in property maintenance
- Basic computer or smartphone skills
- Own basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Willing to submit to drug and background checks upon receiving a job offer.
