What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate commercial roofing crews on large-scale projects
Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met every day
Communicate progress with superintendents, project managers, and clients
Train and develop crew members to reach their potential
What We’re Looking For
5 years of commercial roofing experience (EPDM, TPO, PVC)
Proven leadership and communication skills
Strong focus on safety and quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
