Commercial Roofing Helper / Construction Laborer – Full-Time

Location: Shelbyville, KY (Projects in Louisville Metro and surrounding areas)

Pay: Starting at $19/hr. Higher salary based on experience

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Commercial Roofer Helpers to join our production team. Our projects are not confined to a single location; once a project is completed, we move on to the next one. Therefore, Reliable Transportation and a Driver's License are Required for this Role.

Work Locations: Our work spans across the Louisville metro area and surrounding counties, including but not limited to:

• Shelby, Clark, Oldham, Nelson, Fayette, Franklin, Bullitt, Jefferson, Hardin (Kentucky)
• Clark, Floyd (Indianapolis)

Required:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Construction or Roofer experience is required
• Ability to pass a drug test
• U.S. work authorization
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement skills
• Familiarity with hand tools and roofing materials (a plus)
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work on roofs

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with roofing installation and repairs.
• Assist with driving a company truck when it is required to move materials.
• Carry materials and tools to and from the roof
• Set up and remove ladders and equipment
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Follow safety protocols and supervisor instructions
• Drive a company car when required
