Roofing Foreman
Work Locations: Our work spans across the Louisville metro area and surrounding counties, including but not limited to:
- Shelby, Clark, Oldham, Nelson, Fayette, Franklin, Bullitt, Jefferson, Hardin (Kentucky)
- Clark, Floyd (Indianapolis)
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Must know how to install all roofing systems, properly and safely (BUILD UP, EPDM, TPO, PVC and sheet metal work)
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Must have commercial roofing experience.
- Must have a driver’s license in good standing.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Motor vehicle records check is required.
- Training of Roofers and laborers as needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the installation of the roofing components required, for the specific
roofing projects - Manages jobs, personnel and materials effectively. Responsible for the overall safety and
quality of the specific project. - Performs and enforces safety procedures and company policies
- Provides safety and roofing training to Roofers including all Roofer’s duties
- Be on time, be responsible and be reliable.
- Others as needed and directed by Supervisor.
COMPENSATION:
Based on experience and skill level.
SCHEDULE:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Overtime
