Responsibilities & Duties- Conduct outbound calls to new and prospective clients to build a strong book of business.
- Acquire new customers through targeted prospecting in your assigned territory, lead campaigns, and referrals.
- Qualify prospects using value‑based methods, identify their needs, and uncover opportunities for upgrades or cross‑sell solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting via online research, marketing leads, territory lists, and additional resources provided to you.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare, update, and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards to track progress.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office; comfortable using social media platforms.
- Experience with CRM entry and documentation.
- Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a willingness to think creatively.
- Self‑motivated with a competitive edge and strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities through personal or professional experiences.
- Interest in sales, business development, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
- Ability to build and cultivate strong client relationships.
Must pass a drug test and background check.
Compensation$17–$19 per hour commission
