We are a growing commercial printing company with state-of-the-art technology seeking a 1st Shift Machine Operator. Strong mechanical aptitude is essential, as this role involves operating production equipment, making mechanical adjustments, and troubleshooting minor machine issues. This position is best suited for individuals who are naturally mechanically inclined and interested in understanding how equipment works, not just operating it. Successful candidates enjoy identifying and solving equipment issues.
Experience in commercial printing is a plus but we will also provide thorough training for those new to the printing industry! This position offers you BOTH diverse and engaging work AND experience in a valuable trade.

Candidates must be:
- Mechanically inclined
- Quality minded
- Detail oriented
- Fast paced
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Able to stand for the duration of the shift. Shift hours are Monday through Friday 7am-3pm.
