Public Finance Associate

Holland & Knight has an immediate need for a Public Finance associate with 1-3 years of experience to support its Specialty Finance group in Atlanta. Qualified candidates will have experience in a real estate, financial services or corporate transactional practice and an interest in traditional tax-exempt bond finance, economic development incentives, and public and private partnerships. Excellent academic credentials are required. Responsibilities include: drafting, reviewing and negotiating loan documents, managing deal workflows and coordinating with external and internal parties to ensure timely transaction execution, direct interface with clients and other deal participants and assisting senior attorneys with business development and client relationship efforts.
